Enrolling in the Pulaski County School System
Students transferring to the Pulaski County School System should be enrolled as quickly as possible. When enrolling your child you should bring the following information:
- Birth Certificate (Required)
- Proof of Residency (Required)
- Immunization Record (Required)
- Proof of Guardianship (Required)
- Social Security Number (Grace Period Permitted)
- Proof of Physical Examination (Grace Period Permitted)
- Previous Withdrawal Papers (Grace Period Permitted)
- Transcript from Previous School (Not Required)
